Work:

We created a new and strong visual identity for AFF, to better showcase their expertise and knowledge in the field of property management. We built the new look and logo around the concept of Active Property Management, and translated that into what it actually means for them. Which are trust, closeness, and personal service. In their day-to-day work, these are the keys they use to create places of life and inspiration. In this project, I was part of developing the strategy and concept behind the new visual ID and toolbox, copy work, and initial design of their website.

AFF is a property management company located in Nacka, Stockholm. Since 2005, they have been helping property owners, entrepreneurs, and the privately owned sector to take care of their properties. The services they provide range from technical and administrative property management, to repairs, cleaning, gardening, and handling waste.
